Office Manager

Denise Amend

I have been a Medical Assistant for 30 years. I can only begin to express the gratitude I have felt taking care of patients for so many years. I am so thankful for the experiences that have changed me. I have gained a huge sense of empathy, listening, patience, humbleness, and compassion. Within the last five years of my career, I have moved into management. Mixed feelings. I miss ”hands on” patient care A LOT, but have learned that the knowledge and experiences I have gained over the years are now being used to train others and oversee the most wonderful family practice organization I have known yet.
I am a mother of four children and I have grandchildren. They are my world. When I am not at work, I am chasing them down get some “Momma” time. Next, I love to hunt and fish (and pretty darn good at it too) and love the outdoors. I love to cook. I live for summers and don’t like winters.

Anthony G.

The attention to detail – both observing and listening by Nurse Practitioner Krista was amazing. She found things that had been missed, which in the past, contributed to poor health. Her alertness really saved my life by sending me to the hospital. We are forever grateful.
